SMT

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Equipment

At Cleveland Circuits, our advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment forms the backbone of our high-quality PCB assembly service. We operate two fully equipped SMT production lines, each featuring Hanwha SM482PLUS flexible pick-and-place machines capable of placing up to 33,000 components per hour for fast, accurate, and reliable assembly. Every line also includes a FLV-VP660 reflow oven for precise temperature profiling and a dedicated inspection bench to ensure consistent quality and defect-free results.

Our through-hole assembly process is supported by a reliable Mascot axial and radial placement machines, enabling fast, accurate insertion of a wide range of leaded components with consistent forming, precise placement, and excellent repeatability

Lead-Free Wave Soldering

Our lead-free wave soldering system delivers high quality, reliable solder joints for through-hole PCB assembly, using precise thermal profiling and RoHS compliant materials to ensure consistent, defect-free results across PCB prototypes and full production volumes.
