All workmanship is qualified to IPC-A-600 (for acceptance of printed wiring boards) & 610 (acceptability of electronic assemblies) with 2 internal accredited Certified IPC trainers and assembly technicians operating to IPC-A-600 & 610 standards.
We have a fully equipped laboratory facility to check process chemistry parameters and plated hole integrity with the latest micro-sectioning and inspection equipment.
UL Approval
Cleveland Circuits manufacture PCB’s on UL approved laminates with a 94V-0 flammability rating.
The 94V-0 rating ensures the PCB substrate self-extinguishes within 10 seconds when exposed to flame. Our certification to apply the UL Recognised Component symbol confirms that manufacturing processes maintain this flammability standard. This allows your PCBs to be used in UL-listed or certified products. Regular UL inspections and sample testing verify ongoing compliance with the 94V-0 rating.

In addition to our visual inspection and process checks we can also provide a full electrical testing solution for both bare boards and fully assembled products. Our Genrad ATE testers provide full functional testing to specific parameters, whilst our flying probe testers can provide 100% electrical continuity and isolation testing of the most complex PCB designs.
