Visual PCB Inspection
At Cleveland Circuits, quality is built into every stage of production. All circuit boards undergo automated optical inspection (AOI) and manual visual inspection (MVI) to ensure complete confidence in the finished product.

Human Expertise in Through-Hole Quality Assurance
For through-hole assemblies, we rely exclusively on manual visual inspection, carried out by skilled technicians using high-magnification microscopes and controlled lighting. This process allows our inspectors to identify issues such as solder bridging or component misalignment — the kinds of subtle defects that only an experienced eye can catch.
Our inspectors work to IPC-A-610 standards, using detailed checklists to verify solder quality, component orientation, and general workmanship. Each board is examined thoroughly before it leaves our facility, ensuring every customer receives a PCB that performs reliably.
Manual inspection remains a cornerstone of our quality assurance — combining human expertise with automatic inspection tools to deliver the highest possible manufacturing standards.
By combining state-of-the-art inspection methods with the expert judgement of IPC trained technicians, we deliver consistently high-quality PCBs that meet industry standards. This commitment to precision gives our customers total confidence in every printed circuit board we produce.
